How bright is Poplight?
3 watts of brightness: (or about 300 lumens) perfect for accent lighting, night time reading, or adding ambiance to your favorite spaces.
Can I change Poplight's bulb?
Poplight uses an LED instead of a traditional light bulb (it's SO much more energy efficient), so there is no bulb to change. 🙅♀️
BUT you can use the free Poplight app for iOS and Android to unlock smart features:
Toggle between 3 built in color temperatures (warm, cool, and neutral)
Dim your Poplights
Name your Poplights (ie. 'Right Side of Bed' and 'Left Side of Bed')
Group your Poplights together so you can control your Poplights in one click
Check the battery level
How long does the battery last?
Poplight's USB-C rechargeable battery lasts 9 hours from a full charge!
You can also leave Poplight plugged in if you have an outlet nearby. And if you don't, you can easily pop out the battery pack and charge where you do.

Poplight requires absolutely no tools or hardware to install! Everything you need to install Poplight is included.
If you're someone who loves to redecorate and plans to move Poplight around often, make sure to add a Perfect Poplight Install Kit to your order for just $6 to get extra tape and isopropyl wipes for the perfect install and up to 3 more installations!
🏡 Will Poplight stick on my wall?
Poplight uses 3M double sided adhesive to stick on your wall! 3M adhesive works best on painted or finished wall surfaces, and glass or metal wall surfaces.
If you want to ensure an even better connection, clean your wall surface with isopropyl alcohol first. You can add extra tape and isopropyl wipes to your order with the Perfect Poplight Install Kit.
We don't recommend installing Poplight on unpainted or untreated brick or cinderblock walls.
You can also screw Poplight into your wall using the screw holes on the base. We designed those screw holes in the base because we know that for some people, drilling Poplight into your wall might make the most sense for you!
🔋 How long does the battery last?
Poplight will run for 5-9 hours depending on how bright you set your Poplights. 😎
Most folks use wall lighting for ✨ ambience and the full brightness is likely not necessary at all times. Using the Poplight app to set a timer or managing the dimness of your Poplight will prolong the battery life for daily use.
You can throw an extra swappable battery pack in with your order so you can always have a fully charged battery. Most Poplight customers buy a second battery.
And of course, you can also leave Poplight plugged in if you have an outlet near your Poplight!

When will my Poplights arrive?
We're fast! We ship most orders within 48 hours. Larger orders or orders outside the continental US can take us 1-2 days longer. We also offer express shipping at checkout if you need your order ASAP!
What do I do if I don't like it?
We're here for you! If you have the original packaging, you can send your Poplights back for a different color within 30 days. Otherwise, we will refund your order if you return it within 30 days with all original packaging.
